Active EQ combines with a pair of dynamic vintage pickups and special design for a bass that can cut any gig. It also has new, deluxe lightweight tuners with a lower gear ratio for precise tuning and a smooth feel. 22 medium jumbo frets offer easy fingering. The body is maple in 3-tone sunburst or amber, or pau ferro in Montego black. Pickups include a vintage split single-coil 5-string P Bass pickup in the mid position and a special-design 5-string humbucker in the bridge. 3-band active EQ features bass, mid, and treble boost and cut for the ultimate in tone sculpting. Unique features include a Posiflex graphite neck, 5-bolt neck plate, contoured heel for easier access to upper frets, 2 Hipshot string trees, and a 4 over, one under tuning machine array. Fine finishing touches include abalone dot position inlays, rolled fingerboard edges, plus highly detailed nut and fret work.
